The beta for RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.4 has been released. Following in the tracks of Ubuntu 12.04, RHEL’s kernel includes the Linux Integration Services for Hyper-V, as you can see in a screenshot of the release notes:

Prior to this, installing the integration components on RHEL was simple enough (even for me) but it was an extra step. Now it’s one less step!

We can probably assume (arrgh!!!) that CentOS 6.4 will also include the Hyper-V “drivers” for Linux.
